Building Bridges for Youth Advocacy: Fostering Youth Engagement and Equality"

The Youth leaders will be attached to the KU-BAVICHA partnership project “KU & BAVICHA: Movement4Change”. This project wishes to target the shared values of BAVICHA and KU, by fighting for democracy, youth advocacy and gender equality. The project will focus firstly on creating an educational system within BAVICHA’s organization. Secondly, the youth leaders will help launching a an app: “BAVICHA Digital” which will assist in sharing knowledge and tools across Tanzania and inspire methods applied in Denmark. The core activities of the project will be to facilitate workshops in 3 different parts of the country, where two of them will focus on training of trainers, and one of them will focus on gender equality. The Youth leaders will oversee the practical design and execution of the workshops. The project will take place between August & December 2023 and will be strengthened by the capacity and presence of a joint effort, commenced both by the BAVICHA-members and KU-members.
