The purpose of the preparatory study is to develop a plan and write an application for a future pilot project in Georgia. We plan on doing a pilot project about youth workers’ rights as it is a topic that both of our organizations care deeply about and one in which we have expertise. It is also a topic that is very important for youth in Georgia and one that we hope will inspire young people to take an active part in society. We hope to do public workshops on a specific labour market issue in the urban centres of Georgia. Our target audience would be young adults between 18 and 30.
