School of Belarusian Youth Trainers

The School of Belarusian Youth Trainers is a partnership project between Belarusian National Youth Council RADA and Silba - Initiative for Dialogue and Democracy aiming at increasing the human capacity and sustainability of the youth sector in Belarus through the development of expert level skills of young activists while encouraging volunteerism among youth. In this project, we facilitate online and offline training for leaders, members, and volunteers of Belarusian youth organisations and activist groups at different skill levels, provide opportunities for new trainers to practise their newly gained skills in real settings and develop a platform for newly trained trainers as well as youth organisations and relevant Belarusian stakeholders. This not only includes a database of trainers able to provide facilitation of activities to youth groups and organisations but also opportunities to network and participate in an active, one of the kind community of young trainers coming from different organisational and topical spheres.
