Ugandan-Danish Scout Network Activity

The aim of the network activity is to support the development of strong relations between central actors in the Ugandan-Danish partnership, thereby creating a space for learning from each other, which can also lay a strong foundation for future joint coordination of partnership activities. The content of the activity entails the hosting of the Mercy Scouts at the Jamboree 2022 by a Danish scout group, offering inspiration from Danish scout methods, learning and activities. The Danish scout group will in turn be introduced to the work of the Mercy Scouts, through cultural activities and an exhibition at the international tent of the camp focusing on their different projects, along with methods to create long-term societal and economic change. The target group of the activity is primarily the participants of the partnership, but all participants at Jamboree 2022 will have the opportunity to be inspired by the network activities.
