The purpose of the preparatory study is to spread knowledge of how you build a successful organization, where the focus will be how to keep the volunteers and creating a special community inside the organization that will keep the members active. In this case it is important to educate their leaders, so they will be able to educate their members, since there are many from mainland, who only speak Swahili, whereas no one from Young Conservatives speak Swahili. It is essential that more young people engage in politics in a country like Tanzania, so it is important that they get the necessary tools for developing politically sharp individuals into society. In a country such as Tanzania, where the youth and women has a harder time gaining influence than in most European countries, there is a need for increasing BAVICHA?s ability to let young men and women seek influence locally and on a national level.
