Partner Identification

Silba wants to do partner identification in Bosnia-Herzegovina, because we hope to establish a successful cooperation with a Bosnian NGO. Our aim is to seek for a main long-term partner, that shares our vision and world-view, is trustworthy and loyal, and dedicated to an international partnership with an equal division of responsibility. Through this network, we are able to exchange ideas, experiences and gain as much knowledge as possible from local entities to ensure a sustainable project targeted their specific local context. The vision of our project is to contribute to a positive development amongst the Bosnian youth, and to gain experience that may help contributing to other future projects within Silba or general youth-network in the Balkans. We aim to strengthen the democratic participation with a specific focus on electoral participation, and youth-led initiatives in Bosnian society.
