The Youth Leaders will work on the DUF-funded project RESPEKT ( Reproductive and Sexual Health Program for Kenyan Teenagers ) which is a partnership project working to increase awareness of and education on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) amongst teenagers in Kenya. The main aim of the Youth Leader Exchange is to support the existing project departments to ensure successful project closure by strengthening the planning and preparation process for the 2020 Conference that will take place before the end of the partnership project in December 2020. The Youth Leader Exchange will support these activities by having a team of five Youth Leaders working full-time from February to August 2020. The key focus of the YLE in RESPEKT will be to (1) Stabilize the internal and external partnerships of RESPEKT; (2) Strengthen the capacity of the working group dockets; (3) Streamline the roadmap to the 2020 Conference by supporting the Organizing Committee of the 2020 Conference.
