Ashipti Denmark works toward educating young people and citizens of the immense strain Non-Commutable-Diseases have on society, public health care, and most importantly on individuals. With our previous experience in working with partnerships and on NCD prevention in Uganda, we hope to start a new partnership in Ghana. Our plan is to conduct a Partnership-Identification, in-volving a visit in Ghana for approximately 10 days where we will have meetings and workshops with the organisation Ghana FGMSA that we have been in contact with as well as other relevant stakeholders to get a proper understanding of the context and identify other possibilities of future partnerships. The main goal is to find out if Ashipti Denmark and Ghana FGMSA match in regard to common values, goals and working methods and if so, find a common ground to start a new partnership working with NDC prevention in Ghana since NCDs is an increasing problem in Ghana, this would preferably be in the form of a preparatory study or pilot project. The focus on a new project be-sides NCDs, would be capacity building with both partners involved.
