Youth for Sustainable Change 2.0 - Youth leader exchange (YLE8)

The aim of the youth leader exchange program is to mentor local chapters of the partner organisation and assist in implementing the partnership project Youth for Sustainable Change 2.0. The Youth Leaders will benefit the project as coordinators, facilitators, and mentors. They will give focus on strengthening established Regional Youth Advocacy Centers of the partner organisation. They will continue to further equip the Regional Youth Officers and project team members with additional skills depending on the specific needs of each individual chapter, focused on the skills needed to run a sustainable organization, such as organizational development, advocacy work, and external relations (e.g. social media, community involvement, government engagement). The Youth Leaders will benefit the partnership with an exchange of experiences in advocacy work and will disseminate information and popularize the partnership in their respective chapters.
