Strengthening a platform of influence for Christian youth in Moldova

The aim of the Partnership Project is to inspire and assist the organization XOMM to build a stronger influential platform for Christian youth in Moldova, which encourages youth to take part in a positive development of the country. Moldova is a democratic republic. However, due to high corruption, low salaries, and a high unemployment rate, the young generation is lacking hope for a better future in Moldova causing many of them to leave the country. The Partnership Project focuses on capacity building of XOMM on national level through training of the board and local youth club leaders. Visits from the XOMM board to the youth clubs will strengthen the local activities and help the members catch the vision of XOMM. Through advocacy seminars youth will be equipped for advocacy events throughout the country. Young members of XOMM will be involved in volunteer work and trained in active citizenship.
