Humanitarian Solidarity in Ukraine (SPA)

The overall objective of the Humanitarian Response and Solidarity for Ukraine project (hereinafter referred to “Project”, and publicly known in Ukraine as the “Humanitarian Solidarity Project”) was to provide aid through the establishment of a rapid emergency assistance mechanism to deploy support individuals, households, and communities throughout the country. The support was provided primarily through a large nation-wide network of capable civil society organizations, communities, and local public institutions, such as hospitals and social care facilities, that comprised an active part of the critical emergency support infrastructure.
