"Samarthya": Supporting a selection of core civil society partners to effectively pursue their change agendas in line with their strategic plans and mandates, in order to enable people of disadvantaged background including Dalits and people who are land landless or land poor, food insecure, have weak resilience to impacts of climate change, hazards and shocks, and in particular women to participate equitably in the economy and have a legitimate and respected voice.
