Design of OLC course based on the specific needs identified in 1.1.2.

The first OLC course was already implemented in Ghana, with the specific needs of the sector identified during the kick-off and first stakeholders’ meeting, as well as during the stakeholders’ analysis process that took place in Ghana during the first half of 2018. The same process was applied in Togo and Burkina Faso. The approach will also be used in order to identify the stakeholders’ needs in Sao Tome and Principe, where the OLC will be implemented in 2020.
