A project to strengthen the accountancy profession in Rwanda through support to the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Rwanda (iCPAR) by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The project focuses on making iCPAR sustainable by strengthening its institutional and managerial capacity, and facilitating the adoption and implementation of international standards in Rwanda by focusing on education, training, and a high-quality professional qualification. Launched under the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Professional Accounting Organization (PAO) Capacity Building Program funded by DFID.
