To increase the availability of holistic HIV/HCV response (from prevention, testing, diagnose and treatment) through meaningful involvement of people who use drugs in Indonesia. Some of the activities include developing a training module of HIV/HCV prevention, testing, diagnose and treatment for PUD and establishing partnership with government in an effort to integrate the issue of hepatitis C with HIV, especially in Harm Reduction program.
