Open the books II (ANCP) (TLS-0071)

Building on earlier work first begun in 2018, this phase focuses on increasing the capacity and confidence of the Timor-Leste disability movement (and allies) to analyse and influence the state budget and government projects and policies, so they better meet the needs of persons with disabilities and uphold disability rights.  In particular, the initiative seeks to support civil society (networks, individual organisations, Organisations of Persons with Disabilities, and community groups) to undertake coordinated and evidence-based influencing and monitoring of state budgets, such as the budget development and approval process and programs.
