This project focuses on the emegency repsonse to the floods in Goroka in April 2020 by providing WASH and gender initiatives to support affected villages in Goroka District, Eastern Highlands Province. These initaitives will help empower women in the district with gender-based violence and child protection related information, improve hygiene behaviours/practices, improve safe access to clean water and sanitation facilities, and advocate for immediate food supply and shelter related materials to be provided by responsible authorities.
