Oxfam and its consortium partners are working to improve the livelihoods and resilience of subsistence farmers, specifically through reforestation and building the carbon store locked up for economic return.  The project involves increasing the application of rural climate smart practices, specifically through reforestation and carbon farming, to deliver an economic return to farmers, especially women and by supporting social enterprises in targeted rural areas.
