This project aims to prepare vulnerable groups and rural communities in the Eastern Highlands and Simbu provinces of PNG to prevent and slow the potential spread of Covid-19 through increased awareness of and access to good hygiene practices, notably through dissemination of multi-media public health messaging and the design and installation of handwashing stations, with a focus on safe houses for women victims of sexual and gender-based violence.
