Inclusion Project Phase II (MEK-0016)

 Building on earlier phases of the project, this phase builds upon the achievements, evaluation recommendations and priorities of the existing partners, and is informed by the changing context and actors within the region. Implemented through the strategic partnership between Oxfam and International Rivers (IR), the project ensure target government and private sector actors at the national and regional levels engage with and include the perspectives of civil society in hydro-power and Renewable Energy (RE) policies and plans. The project also strengthens Civil Society Organisation (CSO) capacity and the leadership of women and representatives from marginalised groups to influence water governance decision making at all levels. The most recent phase incorporates activities promoting the use of alternative energy sources.
