Governance for Development in Timor-Leste (Hadalan)

The Hadalan projectobjectives of the design are to promote more accountable Government through increased capacity of CSOs to engage in and influence state budget planning processes.Hadalan, outlines a proposed project which aims to strengthen pathways and capacity of diverse voices to collaborate in order to understand, influence and monitor the public policy environment. The policy focus is economic diversification and agriculture. This project will create new momentum in the agriculture and economic diversification public policy environment. By strengthening pathways, supporting coordination and building capacity of diverse voices it will create a powerful coalition that government will want and need to listen to, supporting long-term goals of sustainable inclusive development in Timor-Leste.
