The goal of this project is to increase the scale and quality of cash transfer programming as a tool for effective humanitarian assistance, at the global and regional level. The objectives include; 1. Reporting on global progress in meeting cash transfer program (CTP) commitments and innovation, 2. Developing and employing common markers and definitions for organsiations to track and report CTPs, and 3. Building capacity for CTP in the Asia-Pacific region.
