Oxfam has been implementing the Building Resilient Livelihoods (BRL) Project since January 2015 in Daikundi province of Afghanistan as part of the Australia Afghanistan Community Resilience Scheme (AACRS). The objectives are to increase the household income through sales of almond and dairy, to increase reliability, volume and quality of the production and to increase the livelihoods opportunities and resilience of the most poor and vulnerable households.
