The Real Time Learning (RTL) Platform is a flexible, open-source database developed by Lhassa (trading as Altai Consulting) to support the Ethiopia Migration Programme (EMP). The RTL Platform is configured to store all EMP performance data at activity, output and outcome level, disaggregated by month/quarter, location, gender and beneficiary displacement status.
