Kenya: Strengthening Capacity of the Kenyan Judiciary for Efficient Electoral Dispute Resolution (EDR)

The project aimed to support the strengthening of the Electoral Dispute Resolution (EDR) mechanism by facilitating bench-marking and exposure visits by the Kenyan Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE) to four countries with comparative electoral dispute resolution experience, namely Ghana, India, Mexico, and South Africa, to ultimately ensure that the Judiciary is well-prepared for EDR in the period before and after the 2017 General Elections.
