PPA Thailand Programs Apr-Jun 2015

The Asia Foundation's PPA with DFID CHASE is helping to address common challenges to peaceful state-society relations in fragile states, subnational conflict and post-conflict areas and transitional states at risk of renewed conflict. This activity represents programs in Southern Thailand under the PPA during the period Apr-Jun 2015. These activities have the following objectives: 1) Improved government policies and practices leading to a reduction in public grievances with respect to criminal justice and minority language/culture issues; 2)Formal peace processes and informal local peacebuilding efforts strengthened and are more credible with conflict-affected populations.
