Through Solidaridad Europe, we link the producers involved in the field programme to markets and ensures sufficient private sector buy-in, in the sectors of soy, sugar cane, palm oil, leather, dairy and beef (livestock programme) cotton and textiles (fashion programme) and Gold. Solidaridad works towards the engagement of supply chain actors in order to convince companies to adopt sustainable sourcing practices, proactively engage in sustainable multi-stakeholder initiatives and contribute to innovative approaches to improve livelihoods and working conditions of smallholders and workers in their supply chains.
