This project aims to build a business case for sustainable sugar to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable sugarcane sector in Latin America. We will build stakeholder capacity to use innovative tools, engage in participatory dialogue, resolve conflicts, build consensus, share power, pilot interventions, provide leadership and influence policy with all stakeholders, including producers (at all scales), local CSOs, government, communities, and particularly vulnerable groups.
