Sustainable and Inclusive Shrimp Business Promoted in Bangladesh

This project aims to support the sustainable market transformation of the shrimp sector in Bangladesh. Objectives are: (1) Development of a multi-stakeholder platform contributing to policy directives in improving supply chain governance to improve traceability, food safety and social compliances in shrimp supply chain; (2) Development of an operational policy framework for the responsible investment in the shrimp supply chain, triggering the inclusiveness and market transformation of Bangladesh shrimp; (3) Integration of business innovations jointly developed with processing companies, farmers and international buyers to comply with international market requirements.
