The Alliance consists of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) network , and the two networks coordinated by the World Federalist Movement-Institute for Global Policy (WFM-IGP) – the Coalition for the International Criminal Court (CICC) and the International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect (ICRtoP). Each of the networks in the alliance has a global Secretariat, as well as regional secretariats (GPPAC) and regional hubs (WFM-IGP) hosted by other CSOs. The global and regional secretariats/hubs play a convening role: connecting members with one another or with governmental and other actors where relevant at the regional and local levels.
