The Ethiopia Joint Response 2 is considered to be an acute crisis and an extension to the first Ethiopia Joint Response (DSH/HO-576/15). For this second phase a similar approach is enhanced as for the first period, where Woreda-hotspots lists are used to prioritize locations related to sectors. Public reports, such as the Humanitarian Requirements Document 2016, are used to make a selection of priority sectors and priority activities.
