With the conflict in South Sudan now in its sixth year, the humanitarian crisis has continued to intensify and expand. The impact of the multiple crises – insecurity and violence, ongoing and multiple displacements, access and availability of basic services, economic instability, climate shocks, and disease - on South Sudan has not yet decreased with the recent signing of the peace agreement. Considering the existing needs and gaps, activities are implemented in the Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) and Protection sectors.
