South Sudan Joint Response 4

Four years on since the outbreak of conflict in December 2013, nearly 7.6 million people in South Sudan remain in need of humanitarian assistance. Humanitarian NGOs have been responding to this crisis as a Joint Response and DRA members continue this response to further assist the affected population. The objectives of the response are to save lives by providing timely and integrated multi-sector assistance to reduce acute humanitarian needs among the most vulnerable people and reinforce protection and promote access to basic services for the displaced and other vulnerable people. The response will focus on Persons affected by the ongoing conflict in South Sudan, with focus on most vulnerable population
