IATI Identifier:
The international program of the SRJS is based on the principles “from local to global” and “linking & learning”. It aims to reinforce the effectiveness of the ecoregional programs. This international dimension is particularly important given that many of the landscapes and projects in the program involve intergovernmental cooperation and regional CSO networks that have often strong cross-border linkages and relate to international (trade and aid) flows. The Theory of Change (ToC) of the international program, entails desired outcomes at different levels. It includes changed policies of practices of businesses and governments, building on the intermediate outcomes of the strategies, ranging from business engagement to lobby & advocacy for compliance to legal standards and innovative monitoring.
