In line with the build-up of the project implementation phase, an inception phase is envisaged to run from the January till August 2016. During this phase, a specific Theory of Change (ToC) for each country and each selected landscape is expected to be elaborated. This ToC will serve to inform the program to be implemented at the landscape.Subsequently, a context analysis is planned to be carried in each landscape, taking stock of the specific threats and opportunities of the landscapes with respect to the policy context and business management.
