GLA - Promotion and production of ecological plant protein.

This project seeks to promote the uptake and production of plant protein for human consumption, produced according to agroecological principles & criteria by small farmers in the Santra Cruz area of Bolivia. It is to be seen as a pilot to stimulate alternative ways of production and consumption in a country with a strong meat-based diet. For IUCN NL this project is related to the IMVO covenant plant protein for human consumption, in which it seeks to collaborate with Probioma and others to learn.
