Overall goal: Jordan most at-risk communities are able to manage current and emerging tensions and develop common solutions to immediate problems that threaten local social, political and economic stability: Intermediate outcomes: - Local government, CBOs representatives and community leaders (in target communities) have increased capacity to identify sources of community tension, facilitate dialogues, and strengthen cooperation across lines of division - Local disputes are resolved non-violently through projects that address the underlying drivers of local instability and build social cohesion in targeted communities - The quantity, quality and reliability of water supply is improved, mitigating tensions over water in targeted communities through infrastructure upgrades
