CoST requires that PEs use the Infrastructure Data Standard (IDS) to disclose data on publicly funded infrastructure projects. The IDS can be used as the basis for defining the disclosure requirements for CoST countries and can be adapted where necessary for application in-country. The adaptation should take into consideration the information that stakeholders will find interesting and relevant as well as the general capacity of the procuring entities to disclose data.
