This project aims to contribute to socio-economic empowerment through combined approach to leprosy, lymphatic filariasis). Our target groups consist of people affected or at risk of TB, lymphatic filariasis, leprosy and other neglected diseases. We also target family members of the people that have been disabled by any of those diseases. In health service provision we also try to ensure multiplication of our impact and hence target government health care providers, community health workers, and community volunteers. The core of our services is: detection, diagnosis, treatment and awareness and education. ;
