The purpose of the project is to eliminate Vitamin A deficiency in children aged 6 to 59 months. The objectives include: • To build capacity for community based Vitamin A supplementation activities. • To ensure adequate coverage of the target population during Vitamin A supplementation. • To ensure community members are aware of the importance of Vitamin A supplementation • To ensure adequate record keeping and reporting.
