Development Objective: To improve the well-being of persons with disability and to enhance opportunities for the development of their full potential Objectives 1. To rehabilitate the current backlog of 2500 VIPs by 2010 and new incidences of 300 per year to lead independent and quality lives by 2012. 2. Enhance Capacity of 86 CBR workers to render effective CBR services to VIPs by end of 2009 3. Enhance community capacity and involvement in provision of CBR services at their local level. 4. To promote integration of services, including skills training and economic empowerment to IBPs to the mainstream service providers.
