The project aims to improve the effectiveness of the Ukrainian public broadcaster UA:PBC including the construction and functioning of a digital multiplatform Newsroom and a training centre, in order to create a permanent basis of quality, objective, and unbiased news content for all population segments (television, radio, and new media).
