Preparatory study 2020 - IMCC Rwanda and MEDSAR

The purpose of this preparatory study is to do the preparatory work before the new partnership project between MEDSAR and IMCC Rwanda called: ? Youth Education Activities on sexual and reproductive health and rights project? During the preparatory study, two members from IMCC Rwanda and MEDSAR Executive committee will finalize the application of partnership project, do consultative meetings to NGOs and stakeholders and meet MEDSAR members who will implement the project Furthermore, in this preparatory study some reflections on previous partnership projects will be done, in order to optimize and use learned lessons in the new partnership project We also aim to evaluate our partnership by updating our partnership agreement and communication guidelines At the end of the preparatory study, both partners will have the same understanding about the new partnership project and recognize local stakeholders and NGOs to work with
