Youth Leader Exchange for SHEBA (Sexual Health Education for Better Awareness)

The five Youth Leaders (YLs) will work on the SHEBA project, a DUF funded partnership project between IMCC Global and EMSA aiming to increase awareness of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) amongst the Ethiopian youth The Youth Leader Exchange (YLE) will work to strengthen the project activities, including the evaluation and finalisation of the project, and to further improve the collaboration between IMCC Global and EMSA Moreover, the YLE will provide the YLs with relevant competences and experiences they can draw upon in their future work within and outside the SHEBA project The five YLs (2 Danish and 3 Ethiopian) will work together as a team to 1) improve the internal and external communication and cooperation, 2) enhance the volunteers? advocacy skills and increase the outreach of the project, and 3) support a successful project closure
