Strategic development of volunteer appreciation

KFS and EUS Montenegro want to collaborate on strategic development of volunteer appreciation in the respective organizations. We will pursue this objective through an analysis of needs and expectations amongst the students in EUS Montenegro regarding involvement in volunteer project work. The analysis is carried out by the volunteer youth leaders based on their training in Denmark through questionnaires, focus interviews and group sessions. The youth leaders gather their data and form a proposal to a strategy for developing volunteer appreciation in a student youth organization including suggestions on how to involve youth in planning and activities and suggestions on how to show appreciation and recognition of volunteer involvement and effort. The conclusions and ideas are shared by the youth leaders in open workshops in both Montenegro and in Denmark as part of the programme of KFS Easter Camp 2020.
