Youth Leader Exchange in Relation to Pilot Project on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Tanzanian youth and adolescents

The aim of the Youth Leader Exchange (YLE) is to support our Pilot Project (PP), ?Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Tanzanian youth and adolescents?. It aims at provision of education and awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) among the youth and adolescents ranging 12 to 18 years of age. The area of focus for the YLE is; 1) capacity building of the partnership organization, 2) development of a mentorship program and equipping the students with skills to share knowledge to other peers, and 3) development of a radio program reaching out to the broader public. The YLE offers a unique opportunity to add extra energy and resources to our partnership. Furthermore, a collaboration with youth leaders (YLs) in Kenya from IMCC Global will contribute to sparring and exchange of knowledge between the YLs of each project.
