Board Training Seminar in Moscow

The Christian Youth Organisation of Moldova, XOMM, has a great opportunity of receiving better knowledge and improving their skills both in running the organization, motivating volunteers within XOMM, and working with youth in Moldova. In Moscow, the Pentecostal church Word of Life is very experienced in training youth leaders and equipping them with great tools for their everyday management of youth clubs. In late October/early November they arrange a youth conference for youth leaders. They will have seminars on how to run and administrate a youth organization, making better activities for youth, reaching out to the local community, and inspiring volunteers within the work with youth. The youth conference gathers both teachers and young people from around the world and therefore also contributes with giving the board of XOMM a bigger and stronger network of other dedicated young people who all want to make a positive change on the world around them.
