By building on recent achievements during Phase I (2017-2021), the objective of this programme is to continue a process of democratic reforms within the security sector in North Macedonia, by working closely with national partners to operationalize and make sustainable initial results made, aimed at creating a more accountable and through that ultimately a more effectively governed security and intelligence sector.
